Heritage and Private Events

We offer both background music and performances in costume or formalwear for your events, these can as interactive as you require

We work frequently with heritage organisations/venues as well as private events co-ordinators to provide bespoke music for any historical themed event. This can be in a formal setting, or more laid back, depending on the atmosphere you wish to create. We can provide our own costumes for the period up to and including the early 18th century. We also have a historical tent for outdoor heritage events with which we can create a small stage area. We are happy to lead interactive sessions, for both children and adults including singing and dancing. We can also give more detailed talk about historical music and our instruments as required

Weddings

For themed weddings we can provide costumed entertainment. We can also provide more formal music in concert dress for ceremonies. We will work with you to create the perfect atmosphere for your day.

Banquets

We can provide large or small groups to accompany your medieval or Tudor banquet, this can include fanfares, loud music for dancing, and soft background music. We can teach your guests some drinking songs or a short dance if required!

Wandering Minstrels

We can provide background entertainment for your heritage event, walking around your site to create a real medieval atmosphere. We are happy to stop and chat to guests about the history of our music and instruments too.

Historical Heritage Events

For larger scale historical events, we are well used to fitting our performances around other eents throught the day and will work with you to ensure your timetable runs smoothly. We are happy to collaborate with other performers at the event, providing fanfares, interactive performances, or background music as required
